The card reading is based on  your birth date which is why this page requires that information.

After completing your purchase you will be re-directed to a page where you can select a topic(s) for the reading and you can submit any questions that you would like answered in the reading.  This step is totally optional and is not mandatory. 

Rhonda will select a card and will get a reading per those questions and will send the messages she receives to you in an email Allow 24-48 hours for that email to be sent.
