Cacao, the raw and minimally processed form of cocoa, is rich in nutrients and bioactive compounds that offer a range of health benefits.
Cacao, also known as Mumma Cacao has been a part of many ancient cavillations for over 5,000 years, that are known of. Popular in Ecuador, West Africa along the Ivory coast as well as the Mayan culture. Cacao has been part of scared traditional ceremonial practices bringing in peace, and calm when coming together for treaties, weddings, births and death to name a few. Cacao is mostly known for its ability to raise our vibration, while setting a presence of peace giving a stronger connection to our Divine source. It can still the mind so clarity can find its way through the business of day to day. At times our thoughts can consume us, letting our connection with our Divine become more of a challenge. Cacao gives your body a feeling of relaxation, that sets us on a path for connection.
These accent traditions are still being used for problem solving in marriages at present day. Making a cup of cacao before discussing any indifferences. Problem solving is done with a calmness and a clear mind. A raised vibration, discovering a positive outcome.
Any big decisions when your thoughts try to override your logic, a cup of sacred Mumma cacao would be a great choice.
